We moved!!! We now live about 25 min from our other apartment. We now have TWO bedrooms! Aka, Dainen doesn't sleep next to the couch in the living room! Other perks of our new place include a large yard, a dining room with linoleum (no more picking banana off the carpet!), a nice quite neighborhood and much more room. Dainen loves walking up and down the hall, so fun! We have been living there a little over a week and we love it! I'll probably post pictures once we are more unpacked.
Dainen turned one! However, that deserves a whole post by itself, so see the above post.
Quinn finished school for the summer! We are so excited about this one! It's so nice having him around more!
The day we found out we were getting our new apartment we went on a date to celebrate Quinn being out of school for the summer. Quinn made a cheesecake and we had orange cream soda. We went to a park, sat down and I cut into the cheesecake only to find... a ring box! I had gotten a new wedding ring a few months back and had been wanting a wedding band to go with it. Quinn bought me two bands and I just LOVE how my rings look!
Dainen is starting to talk more and more! He can say "mama", "dada", "hi", "bye-bye", "up", "gaaboom"(poop) , "happy" "mmmm" (want to nurse), "ball", "truck" and noises that resemble "grandma" and "grandpa". He's SO SMART!!
Dainen is also walking ALL OVER! He can even stand up in the middle of the room now! He's such a joy =). He's very proud of his new found ability.

On a side note: when we were packing up we needed a break and we had run across our water storage... so we had some fun. ...
We took turns chopping up the jugs with Quinn's swords, it was fun! I would post a picture of me doing it too, but I just look dumb with a sword.
