A picture is worth a thousand works right? Well, here's a bunch of pictures (and some words) to sum up this busy month. And yes, this is a long post and should probably be several, but it's just not.

While extra family members were in town we were able to hang out and go do a few things like go to the beach and the aquarium! It was fun! Quinn was too busy with school to come to most things, but Dainen and I had a good time.
Imagine this: someone tells you that you have to eat all the rocks on the beach in the next 10 min or the world is going to end. That's how Dainen was acting! He was frantically stuffing his mouth with rocks and getting SO MAD at me when I took them back out! Needless to say, it was not a restful visit to the beach. It was still very nice though.

My parents went on a cruise this month and we drew a big "welcome home" on their drive way in chalk a few hours before they got back. Dainen had a blast crawling over it and got all covered chalk. It was super cute!

Quinn and I went on a fantastic date on a boat tour under and around Deception Pass, it was so fun! It was rainy but we didn't even care, it was so nice having Memorial Day off and having a date. There was a one question trivia during the ride: "what is the deepest place in the ocean?" Well that's easy, I've been really close to it: Mariana's trench. So we got free icecream!
In other news: Dainen has begun yelling when he's happy. It's pretty funny, and loud...
Also: Dainen is the cutest little boy ever =) Love our little 11month old!
